Harding Financial is a Chartered Professional Accounting firm founded in 2014 and located in Halifax, NS. As a group of highly motivated professional accountants and entrepreneurs Harding Financial knows what it takes to own, operate, and grow a business. Our president and founder, Colin Harding, based the values of the firm around the clients needs and future growth of the people he works with everyday.

Colin Harding – President
Colin graduated from Saint Mary’s University with a degree in Commerce, major accounting. Throughout his university years Colin helped work with a few local businesses in the area of bookkeeping and tax preparation. Upon graduation Colin continued his education and went on to complete his Masters of Business Admin & Certified Management Accountant (MBA-CMA) degrees. Started as a sole proprietorship in his undergrad and into a partnership in 2012, Colin grew his business to Harding & Associates Accounting Inc. as the sole shareholder and owner of the organization in 2014. Always driven by entrepreneurship, Colin enjoys helping other small-medium organizations achieve success and to grow with them. Colin also contributes part of his time to the Army Reserves, where he holds the position of Master Corporal with the Princess Louise Fusiliers since 2006.
Martin Stephen – Associate
Martin joined the Harding & Associates team in April of 2017 after graduating from NSCC with a diploma in Business Administration, concentrating in accounting. Originally from Halifax, Martin graduated from Queen Elizabeth High School and spent five years working as a well test operator and supervisor in Alberta’s oil and gas industry before returning home to continue his education. Outside of work, Martin volunteers his time coaching youth lacrosse and is currently working toward earning a Business Administration degree from Mount Saint Vincent University.
