With the Harding Financial Client Portal, you can:

- View all open and completed requests from our team in one place
- Review, approve, and sign documents when required
- See messages related to specific requests so conversations stay organized
- Access files that have already been shared with you
- Use the optional mobile app to manage requests on the go
How access works
You do not need to create an account or log in until you receive a request from our team.
When Harding Financial needs something from you, you will receive an email with a secure link to access your portal. Follow that link to upload documents, review requests, or complete approvals.
You only need to access the portal once you receive a request from us.
How to Login:
Receive Your Magic Link:
You’ll receive an email with your first actionable task and a “Manage Checklist” link.
Important: You must complete the portal registration using the device and browser where you first clicked the magic link.
What Does This Mean?
If you open the magic link on your mobile device, complete the registration on that mobile device.
If you open the link on your desktop browser, finish the registration on that desktop.
Note: If you switch devices or browsers, the link will no longer work. This is an added security measure to protect your information.
Mobile App Access
The client portal is available on your computer and through the Karbon for Clients mobile app.
The mobile app is optional and free to use.
With the mobile app, you can:
- View requests and tasks
- Upload documents or photos from your phone
- Review and approve items
- See files shared with you
- Receive notifications when something needs your attention

You will use the same login for both web and mobile access.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to do anything before receiving my first request?
No. You do not need to log in or set anything up until you receive your first request from Harding Financial.
How will I know when something is needed from me?
You will receive an email notification when a new request is available. If you use the mobile app, you may also receive notifications there.
What types of documents should I upload?
Upload any documents requested by our team, such as receipts, invoices, statements, tax slips, payroll reports, or signed forms.
Can multiple people from my company access the portal?
Yes. We can provide access to additional users such as partners or administrators. Contact us if you would like someone added.
I work with Harding Financial for more than one company. Can I see them all?
Yes. If you have multiple companies with us, they can all be accessed from one portal login on web or mobile.
Is the portal secure?
Yes. The portal uses enterprise grade security and encryption. This is why we ask clients to upload documents through the portal instead of email.
What if I forget my password or have trouble logging in?
You can reset your password using the link on the login screen. If you still need help, contact our team and we will assist you.
